管理栄養士の立てる献立表により、栄養と利用者の身体状況に配慮した食事を提供します |
医療・看護 | 医師により診察を行います。 ただし、当施設では行えない処置（透析等）や手術、その他病状が著しく変化した場合の医療については他の医療機関での治療となります。 |
機能訓練 | 理学療法士・作業療法士等により利用者の状況に適した機能訓練を行い、身体機能の低下を防止するよう努めます。 |
入浴 | 週２回の入浴又は清拭を行います。寝たきり等で座位のとれない方の入浴も可能です。 |
排泄 | 利用者の状況に応じて適切な排泄介助を行うと共に、排泄の自立についても適切な援助を行います。 |
離床､着替え､整容等 | 寝たきり防止のため、出来る限り離床に配慮します。生活のリズムを考え、着替えを行うよう配慮します。個人としての尊厳に配慮し、適切な整容が行われるよう援助をします。シーツ交換は週１回実施します。 |
レクリエーション等 | 当施設では、次のような娯楽設備を整えております。 将棋、カラオケセット、マージャンセット等 |
相談及び援助 | 入所者とその家族からのご相談に応じます。 |

来訪・面会 | 面会時間 ８：３０～１７：３０ 正面受付に設置しております、面会簿に必要事項をご記入下さい。 |
外出・外泊 | 外出・外泊の際には、必ず行く先と帰宅日時を職員に申し出てください。 |
居室・設備・器具 の利用 | 施設内の居室や設備、器具は本来の用法に従ってご利用ください。 これに反したご利用により破損等が生じた場合、弁償していただく場合があります。 |
喫煙 | 法令により、敷地内禁煙となっております。 |
迷惑行為等 | 騒音等他の入所者の迷惑になる行為はご遠慮ください。また、むやみに他の入所者の居室等に立ち入らないでください。 |
所持金品の管理 | 高額・高価格の金品の持ち込みは原則お断りいたします。その他の所持金品は、自己の責任で管理してください。 |
宗教活動・政治活動 | 施設内で他の入所者等に対する宗教活動及び政治活動はご遠慮ください。 |
動物飼育 | 施設内へのペットの持ち込み及び飼育は原則お断りします。 |
外泊時等の施設外での受診 | 治療計画等に支障をきたす場合がありますので、必ず事前に職員にご相談下さい。 |
